Brandon Poitras

Shop Laborer 

Brandon has worked in the sheet metal industry for over 7 years. In his spare time Brandon likes to play the drums and spend time with his dogs. 

“This is the only sheet metal company that I can learn all fascists of the trade from installs, services, bending tin and making custom items for customers.” 


Matt Labossiere

Field Foreman/Installer  

Matt started in HVAC with Bob Jacks Sheet Metal in January  of 2011. Matt went to school in British Columbia and has lived in various places all over Alberta and Saskatchewan. He also spent a few years in Toronto, Ontario, but decided to settle down in Lloydminster and start a family.

Tim Wood

Service Technician

Tim started with Bob Jacks Sheet Metal back in 2007 and is grateful for the opportunities previous management gave him to learn and grow in his field of work. Tim is originally from St. Jean, Quebec and has been married to his wife Faye for 38 years. They have 3 boys, 2 daughter in-laws, and 6 grandchildren. When Tim isn’t working he enjoys camping, golfing, and helping out at his church as his faith is very important to him.

Andrew Brewer


Andrew started at Bob Jacks in 2016 and is originally from Hampton, New Brunswick. He has worked in the construction industry for 20 years and has his intro to buisness course. Andrew is happily married and has 2 children. When Andrew isn’t working he enjoys the outdoors dooing activites like rock climbing and forging in his backyard.

Jarritt Wagner

Journeyman Plumber

Jarritt has recently joined the Shield Mechanical LTD. team. Jarritt went to Sask Polytech in Saskatoon, Sk to receive his Journeyman Plumbing Trade. Jarritt has an array of experience in construction doing both residential and commercial work. Jarritt is orginally from Foam Lake, Saskatchewan. When Jarritt isn’t at work he enjoys being active, cooking, investing and reading.

Aaron Smereka

Shop Laborer/Propane 

Aaron is new to the industry but is enjoying being apart of the Shield Mechanical Ltd. team. In Aaron's spare time he enjoys training MMA and spending time with his family. 

“I enjoy the people. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I like being busy and I get to do an array of tasks here, which keeps me on my toes.”
